Let me recognize my problems have been solved.
- Intention: To recognize that the problem of "separation from God" the single "problem" we have is already solved, for God is always with us. Separation is an illusion.
- Practice: Two 15-minute sessions with eyes closed. In addition, frequent shorter (2-minute) applications of today's idea.
- Application: Long sessions
-- Remind yourself that we have only one problem--separation, and that all other problems are simply separation in one form or another. This single problem however is an illusion, for being a Child of God you cannot by definition be separate. The solution to the apparent problem of separation then is simply to remember that God is always with us, and wherever God is, there is peace.
Let us claim the peace that must be ours when we realize and remember that God is with us--we are saved for our single problem has been solved. Repeat today's idea to yourself, frequently with deep conviction, and rest in the peace that it brings.
- Application: Short sessions
-- Repeat today's idea with deep conviction, as frequently as possible. And be particularly sure to apply it to any problem that may arise. Say quickly:
Let me recognize this problem has been solved.
Insights/comments:
- Again, today's idea is a restatement of the truth that all is one. Peace comes automatically upon realizing this truth, and we abide in peace the more we abide in the awareness of this truth. Forget and we become subject to illusion. Forget and we begin to perceive lack, failure, requirements, judgments, condemnation, conditionality and ignorance, all of which immediately disappear when we remember the truth that all is one; God is with us, and all must be well.
I and my Creator are One.
